Stilt LLC (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the ways we collect information from and about you, and what we do with the information, so that you may decide whether or not to provide information to us. By accessing our website, purchasing our products or services, or using our software platform and all associated smartphone applications (collectively, the “Platform”) you agree to this Privacy Policy in addition to any other agreements we might have with you. In the event that such other agreements contain terms that conflict with this Privacy Policy, the terms of those agreements will prevail. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Platform, and not to any other websites or applications that you may be able to access from the Platform, each of which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy.
1. OUR COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
Personal Information
The information we collect may include your personal information, such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, job title, IP addresses, product and service selections, and other information that may identify you. We collect personal information from you at several different points, including but not limited to the following:

· when you use the Platform;
· when you register as an end-user of our services and an account is created for you;

· when you attend our conferences or webinars; and

Traffic Data
We automatically track and collect the following categories of information through our Platform: (1) IP addresses; (2) domain servers; (3) types of computers, smartphones, or tablets accessing the Platform; (4) types of web browsers used to access the Platform; and (5) analytics data related to mobile application use, including, but not limited to, length of time on the application, activities on the application, and features accessed on the application (collectively “Traffic Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you, but is helpful for improving your experience on the Platform. We also use “cookies” to customize content specific to your interests and to store your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit or use the Platform.
Location Data
Certain applications provided via the Platform and service may provide you the choice of allowing access to your location data. If you wish to disable this functionality, you may do so in the given application.

Potential for Other Users to Contact You
To the extent that our Platform supports personal messaging functionality between and among end users, you may receive personal messages from other end users. You can disable this functionality by unsubscribing or using other disabling instructions.
4. OUR SECURITY MEASURES TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our Company uses industry-standard technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged between our Company and other companies to help ensure its security. Our Platform has security measures in place to help protect information under our control from the risk of accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access. However, “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet. Also, if this website contains links to other sites, our Company is not responsible for the security practices or the content of such sites.

Our Company cannot control these links and we are not responsible for any content appearing on these sites. Since this website does not control the privacy policies of third parties, you are subject to the privacy practices of that third party. App Links
A given application may provide you with an advertising link to other, third-party sites and applications. Such third-party sites will have their own data collection practices and policies. We have no responsibility, access, or control over the data collection practices and policies of such third-party sites and applications. You will use such sites and applications at your own risk and outside of the scope of this Privacy Policy.

Our Company website may use third parties to present or serve the advertisements that you may see on its web pages and to conduct research about the advertisements and web usage. This Privacy Policy does not cover any use of information that such third parties may have collected from you or the methods used by the third parties to collect that information.

Our Company identifies the purposes for which the information is being collected before or at the time of collection. The collection of your personal data will be limited to that which is needed for the purposes identified by our Company. If you would like us to delete any persona data held about you, we will do so on request unless we need to hold the information as part of the provision of products and services to you.

We offer those who provide personal contact information a means to choose how we use the information provided. You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of our marketing emails.

We have appointed a data protection officer to address questions and requests related to our implementation of EEA data protection requirements. Individuals located in the EEA can contact our data protection officer with any questions or concerns about how we process their personal information (see section 15 below). Individuals located in the EEA also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority established in their country.
12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Company does not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
13. HOW WE RESPOND TO DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
We honor do not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. If you opt out of being tracked, we will ensure that any new data collected about you will not be used by us for targeted advertising purposes. It is also important to note that we allow third-party behavioral tracking.
14. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Our Company may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new version. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically as your continued use of the Platform represents your agreement with the then-current Privacy Policy.
